A Note To our valued Patients and Staff

To our valued Patients and Staff,
There is no higher priority to our patients and staff than everyone’s safety. Be assured that we are monitoring the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), government agencies, and internal teams to stay on top of this evolving situation. According to the most recent information from the CDC, for most people, the immediate risk of being exposed to the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to be minimal. However, the World Health Organization has recently declared Coronavirus as a global pandemic.
We want you to feel confident when coming to our office. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our patient’s and employees' health and safety.
Office Cleaning: We clean all equipment and other surfaces after every patient. Typically, we use an EPA approved, hospital-grade disinfectant in the lavatories and on equipment. Now, we are expanding the use of bleach and disinfectant throughout the office, on elements in the front and back office, and in the lavatory.
In addition, we want to remind our patients that if you are scheduled for non-emergency care and you are sick, stay home or take precautions by wearing a mask. We also have masks available for your use. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please have the courtesy to call our office to reschedule your appointment.
Thank you for your patience and trust in Barton Chiropractic Clinic, P.C.. We are prepared to navigate through these challenging circumstances with your safety and confidence in Barton Chiropractic at the forefront of everything we do.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
Dr. Diane Barton

That's probably why the world's top athletes utilize chiropractic care to overcome injury and even to prevent injury. Read on for a few ways in particular that chiropractic help out basketball players.

Chiropractic Improves Flexibility

Getting a chiropractic adjustment will help improve your body's overall range of motion, which will help you play better defense. It will also help you avoid muscle strain and muscle tearing.

Chiropractic Improves Performance

Regular adjustments will ensure that the body and the brain are both functioning at optimum capacity. Routine chiropractic treatments will help boost a player's speed, flexibility, strength, and even balance.

Chiropractic Reduces Risk of Injury and Recovery Time

Spine misalignment can cause the body to undergo undue stress, which can lead to injury. Chiropractors can also utilize a number of methods and instruments to reduce injury recovery time, including massage, stretching,
tools that can diminish scar tissue, electrical muscle stimulation, and more.

If you play a lot of basketball and are looking to boost your game, contact Barton Chiropractic Clinic today. We have a long history of helping athletes stay in peak physical condition.
