During these uncertain times, you may have heard the term "Social Distancing" getting thrown around, which has to do with all of us doing our part to limit our exposure in an effort to stop the spread of The Coronavirus.
Social Distancing means staying away from highly populated high profile events and venues, not to mention practicing new standards of cleanliness.
If your job allows, try to work from home, especially while the virus is in full swing. Even if you're younger in age, it's important to do what you can to stay away from people who are of higher risks, such as the elderly and infants.
If you have children or a senior in your household, it's important to keep their places of dwelling as clean as possible, not to mention limit personal touch with those who are more susceptible to this disease.
Staying away from the grocery store during high traffic times is another good idea. There might be more supplies first thing in the morning, too, which will set you up for success when it comes to hunkering down.
Try not to hoard supplies -- we all have to stay healthy and safe during this time. If one person has to suffer based on you being more comfortable, this is not the way to go.
If you have the means to support local businesses, visit during low traffic times, or purchase gift cards online to show your support during these trying times.
