Degenerative Disk
Definition
A spinal disk that has worn down over time, losing height and cushioning between the vertebrae, which can cause back or neck pain and stiffness. Pain from degenerative disks is among the issues Dr. Barton helps patients with, and disk rehab exercises are part of the care.
