Download the new patient forms from the New Patients page, fill them in at home and bring them, with your insurance card, a list of the medicines you take and any recent X-ray, MRI or CT reports. Dr. Barton goes over your history, then checks flexibility, posture, strength, balance and reflexes, with X-rays or other tests only if they're needed, and finishes with a consultation about your plan.
